With the amazing support from family, friends and the community tenxdining has decided to open its doors as a permanent dine-in restaurant operating within the Good One cafe Tuesday - Saturday from 5pm! Our menu is Mediterranean heavily influenced by
traditional Israeli flavours.

We are a husband & wife team. Chef Yali is from Tel Aviv, Israeli and Emma is from Sydney, they met whilst working in an Israeli restaurant in Nolita NYC. Since moving to Australia, Yali has worked in kitchens such as Ester and most recently Cho Cho San and Emma has worked FOH at Acme, Apollo and Sean’s Panaroma. Their real passion, however, is hosting, cooking and creating a unique experience for their guests with the family love that Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine knows best.
tenxdining was born as a pop up, contemporary Australian 10 course degustation influenced by traditional Mediterranean flavours, held twice monthly at Good One Cafe in Bondi. Offering seating for 10 guests (inspiring the restaurant name), seated around one dinner table, creating a space where couples and solo guests could be encouraged to meet new people and enjoy good food. The homely element is important as tenx was built on the idea of breaking bread around the table at Shabbat - a concept that Yali cherished and missed.
As a result of COVID19 our pop up dinners were forced to shut however with the support from the Good One Cafe owner, Scott Brown, tenx adapted to offering rustic, hearty Mediterranean dinners for takeaway and pickup from Good One Cafe. Once the COVID19 restrictions eased tenxdining opened it's doors Tuesday-Saturday from 5pm as a dine-in Mediterranean restaurant.
